Jose Marquez Killed in Odessa Motorcycle Crash on West Yukon Road

Odessa, TX. – 23-year-old Jose Marquez has been identified as the motorcyclist who died in a high-speed crash on Wednesday night in Odessa.

According to the Odessa Police, the accident happened in the 400 block of W. Yukon at around 11:37 p.m.

A Nissan Sentra was traveling westbound on Yukon when it entered the left turn lane and attempted to turn left on a flashing yellow signal when it collided with an eastbound motorcycle operated by the man

Marquez was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Nissan Sentra was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

More information about the crash was not provided.
