Juan Gomez-Hernandez Hit, Seriously Injured near 79th and Indiana Avenue in Lubbock
Lubbock, TX – A person was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident Wednesday night in Lubbock, according to the police.
The accident happened just before 5:30 a.m. on June 17 near the intersection of 79th and Indiana Avenue.
Police said 28-year Juan Gomez-Hernandez was walking in the northbound lanes when a pickup truck struck him.
Gomez-Hernandez was taken to UMC with serious injuries.

The police are investigating the accident.
