Juvenile Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Julius Schepps Freeway

Dallas, TX. - A juvenile died after being struck by a vehicle on Saturday morning in Dallas.

According to the Dallas Police Department, the accident happened in the 8100 block of Julius Schepps Freeway at around 10:24 a.m.

A juvenile passenger was struck by an SUV after exiting one of the vehicles.

The SUV attempted to avoid the stopped vehicle but struck the juvenile, spun out, and overturned.

The juvenile was transported to hospital and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the SUV was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

More details about the crash were not provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
