Katelyn Carreno Killed in San Antonio Crash on Talley Road near Tillman Ridge
San Antonio, TX. - 25-year-old Katelyn Elizabeth Carreno woman has been identified as the woman who died in a car crash on Friday in San Antonio.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, the crash happened in the 2000 block of Talley Road near Tillman Ridge at around 11:40 a.m.
A sedan and an 18-wheeler were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
Carreno was taken to the hospital where she later succumbed to injuries.
Two other people were also taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the crash were not provided.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
