Katherine Trask and James Emery Trask Killed in Glasscock County Crash at State Highway 137 and CR 110

Glasscock County, TX. -  Katherine Yvonne Trask, 71, and James Emery Jr. Trask, 73, have been identified as the two people who died in a rear-end collision on Tuesday afternoon in Glasscock County.

The accident happened on State Highway 137 at County Road 110 at around 5 p.m., according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Katherine Trask was driving a Toyota RAV4 northbound on State Highway 137 when she was rear-ended by a Grove Crane traveling northbound.

The RAV 4 spun out of control while the crane continued northbound before coming to a stop.

Katherine Trask and his passenger, James Emery Jr. Trask, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the crane reported no injuries.

More details on the collision were not available.

The Glasscock County Sheriff's Office is investigating the accident.
