Kayla Galindo and Isaac Carrillo Killed in Yoakum County Crash at State Highway 214 and FM 213
Yoakum County, TX. - 30-year-old Kayla Galindo and 28-year-old Isaac Carrillo have been identified as the two people who died in a two-car crash on Sunday night in Yoakum County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at the intersection of State Highway 214 and FM 213 at around 10 p.m.
A GMC Sierra pickup truck was traveling westbound on FM 213 when it pulled out in front of a southbound Ford F-150 traveling driven by Kayla Galindo.
Kayla and her passenger, Isaac, were pronounced dead at the scene.
A 4-year-old passenger in the F-150 was transported to UMC with serious injuries.
The driver of the GMC, 22-year-old Sladen Humphries, was taken to UMC with serious injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
