Leeroy Gardea Killed in Odessa Motorcycle Accident at 61st Street and Grandview Avenue
Odessa, TX. – A 32-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Odessa on Saturday afternoon.
According to Odessa Police Department, the accident happened around 2:23 p.m. at the intersection of 61st Street and Grandview Avenue.
Leeroy Gardea was riding a green Kawasaki motorcycle south on Grandview when he was struck by a blue Ford F-250 that was attempting to turn left onto Grandview.
The Odessa man was taken to Medical Center Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead by medical personnel.
More details on the collision were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
