Nallely Salais, Jasmin Lerma Killed in Wrong-Way Collision on Dumas Drive in Amarillo

Amarillo, TX – The two people who were killed Monday morning in a wrong-way collision in Amarillo have been identified as 24-year-old Nallely Salais and 24-year-old Jasmin Lerma, according to the police.

The fatal collision happened at about 1:57 a.m. on March 23 on Dumas Drive near Northeast 15th Avenue.

Police said a Bronco was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes when it crashed head-on into a southbound semi-truck.

Two people in the Bronco, Salais and Lerma, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The occupants of the semi-truck were uninjured in the accident.

The police are investigating the accident.
