One of Two Drivers Killed in Major 3-Vehicle Crash on Loop 410 in San Antonio Identified

San Antonio – The authorities have released the name of one of the two people who died in a crash involving three vehicles on SW Loop 410 in San Antonio early Sunday morning.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office on Monday identified one of the drivers as Noah Alec Fisher, 19.

Authorities said three vehicles collided at about 3:20 a.m. June 28, 2026, on Southwest Loop 410 near Medina Base Road.

Two drivers, including Fisher, were killed in the crash. The third driver was evaluated at the scene and released.

San Antonio, TX. - Two drivers died in a multi-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in San Antonio.

The accident happened in the area Southwest of Loop 410 and Medina Base Road at around 3:20 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

A vehicle was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of travel when it was involved in a collision with two other vehicles.

Paramedics pronounced two drivers dead at the accident scene.

The third driver was evaluated at the scene and released.

No further details concerning the collision were provided.

The San Antonio Police Department is investigating the crash.
