Officer Injured in San Antonio Crash at S. W.W. White Road and E Southcross Boulevard
San Antonio, TX. - Two people, including a police officer, were injured in a car crash on Sunday morning in San Antonio.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred at the intersection of South W.W. White Road and East Southcross Boulevard at around 1:30 a.m.
A 37-year-old woman ran a red light and collided with another vehicle.
Paramedics transported the woman and an officer to the local hospital with serious injuries.
Police suspect the woman was intoxicated and faces a charge of driving while intoxicated.
