Splendora, TX. – A man died after being struck by a vehicle on Saturday morning in Splendora.
According to Splendora Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Brice Lane at around 1 a.m.
The officers who responded found the man on the roadway.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved vehicle was stopped at the scene.
Police do not suspect speed or impairment as a factor in the accident.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
