Woman Killed in Fort Worth Motorcycle Accident on NW Loop 820 near Las Vegas Trail

Fort Worth, TX. - A woman was killed and a man was injured in a high-speed crash on Thursday night in Fort Worth.

According to the Fort Worth Police Department, the accident happened in the 7800 block of Northwest Loop 820 near the Las Vegas Trail exit, just before midnight.

A motorcycle was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed, weaving in and out of traffic, when it crashed into a vehicle.

A female passenger on the motorcycle was ejected from the bike and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The male rider was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

More details on the collision were released.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
