Woman Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on White Settlement Road in Tarrant County Identified

Tarrant County, TX - The woman who was killed in a crash in White Settlement on Tuesday morning has been identified.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office identified the deceased woman as 57-year-old Mary Elizabeth Simmons.

Deputies said the deadly crash occurred at about 7:50 a.m. on June 30, 2026, in the 10800 block of White Settlement Road, near Silver Ridge Boulevard.

Simmons was driving an SUV when, for some reason, she drove off the road, clipped another vehicle, and crashed into a tree, deputies reported. She became trapped inside the car and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tarrant County, TX. – A woman died in a car crash on Tuesday morning in Tarrant County.

According to the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened in the 10000 block of White Settlement Road near Silver Ridge Boulevard at around 7:50 a.m.

A woman was driving an SUV when she clipped another vehicle, veered off the road, and struck a tree. The woman was trapped inside the wreckage.

The woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

No additional deatils regarding the crash were provided.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
