2 Injured in Harris County Three-Vehicle Crash on I-45 near Airtex

Harris County, Texas (October 14, 2019) – Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Sunday night in north Harris County, a local news source reported.

The crash happened at about 10:30 p.m. on October 13, on I-45 near Airtex.

Deputies said the crash involved two passenger vehicles and a big rig.

A man was pinned in one of the cars. He was extricated by the firefighters and was taken to the hospital with a partially amputated leg.

Another person in the other car was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

The big rig driver and a child in one of the cars were uninjured in the crash.

The deputies are investigating the crash.
