Dallas, TX. – At least one person was injured in a collision involving a DART bus on Monday morning in Dallas.
According to local police, the accident happened around 5:46 p.m. at 7333 E. Northwest Highway.
A bus reportedly jumped the curb before smashing through a bus stop shelter, driving up the stairs, and crashing into a tree.
One person had to be extricated before being transported to a local hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
