The driver of the Charger was rescued from the car and was airlifted to Christus Spohn Shoreline for injuries.

Sinton, TX. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a collision near Sinton on Friday morning.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at the intersection of Highway 77 and County Road 1196.
A Dodge Charger was traveling southbound on Highway 77 and was attempting to turn left onto County Road 1196 and was hit by a Ford F-350 that was traveling southbound.
The Charger traveled off the roadway and came to rest in the grassy median.
The driver of the Charger was rescued from the car and was airlifted to Christus Spohn Shoreline for injuries.
The driver of the F-350 was uninjured.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
