The driver had to be extricated before being airlifted to a trauma center for treatment

Trinity, TX. – At least one person was injured in a car accident on Sunday morning in Trinity.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 5:10 a.m. on Farm-to-Market Road 230.
A 2003 Dodge Caravan was traveling north on the highway when the driver lost control and overturned.
The driver had to be extricated before being airlifted to a trauma center for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
