Three occupants of the SUV were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Tyler, TX. – One person was hospitalized in critical condition following a two-car accident in Tyler on Tuesday.
The accident happened on Highway 69 at FM 2016 at around noon, according to the Tyler Police Department.
A sedan was traveling north on Highway 69 and was turning left onto FM 2016 when it was struck by an SUV traveling south on Highway 69.
The sedan driver was hospitalized in critical condition.
Three occupants of the SUV were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
