Dallas, TX – One person was killed, and two others were injured Sunday evening in a two-vehicle collision in Dallas, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 8:26 p.m. on February 1 in the 2000 block of Singleton Boulevard at the intersection of North Hampton Road.
Police said a 31-year-old man was driving a pickup truck in the eastbound lanes of Singleton Boulevard when he ran a red light and hit a sedan that was traveling northbound on North Hampton Road.
The three people in the sedan were taken to the hospital, where one of them later died. The other two passengers were listed in serious but stable condition.
The truck driver was arrested for intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault.
The police are investigating the accident.
