Rios was ejected from the bike and was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Alton, TX. – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident near Alton on Sunday evening.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 5:30 p.m. on Trinidad Lane south of Mile 6 ½ Road west.
A 2011 Honda CRF250F motorcycle was traveling northbound on Trinidad Lane when the rider lost control and veered off the highway, where he struck a curb.
The man was ejected from the bike and was transported to Mission Regional Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
