Houston, TX – One person was killed in a collision involving a big rig in Houston early Friday morning, according to the Houston Police Department.
The incident took place in the 1100 block of South State Highway 6 at about 4:30 a.m. March 21.
A Honda Accord was heading south on SH 6 when it collided with a white 18-wheeler that was exiting a parking lot and was turning left across the Highway.
The car was pinned under the big rig following the collision.
The man driving the Honda was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The accident is under investigation.
