A passenger on the motorcycle was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries

Grand Prairie, TX. – A motorcyclist was killed and their passenger was injured in a collision on Friday evening in Grand Prairie.
According to Grand Prarie Police Department, the accident happened around 6:50 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-30.
A motorcyclist reportedly collided with a Chevy pickup truck in unclear circumstances.
The operator of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger on the motorcycle was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
