The second driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police

Haltom City, TX. – One person was killed in a fiery car accident early Sunday morning in Haltom City.
According to Haltom City police, the accident happened around 2:45 a.m. westbound express lanes of Interstate 820 near Fossil Creek Boulevard.
Two pickup trucks were involved in the accident. One pickup truck caught fire after the collision.
One driver, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was killed in the accident.
The second driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
