The driver of a green SUV veered off the road for unknown reasons and struck a bicyclist

San Antonio, TX. – A bicyclist died after being hit by a car on Wednesday morning in San Antonio.
According to the police, the accident happened around 11 a.m. in the 12800 block of O’Connor Road near Weidner Road.
The driver of a green SUV veered off the road for unknown reasons and struck a bicyclist.
The bicyclist, a man in his 30s or 40s, was taken to the hospital where he later died.
The driver, Michael Anthony Hilliard Jr. showed signs of intoxication and was charged with intoxicated manslaughter.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
