Pedestrian fatally struck by car at Benton Street and Osburn Street in San Antonio

San Antonio, TX. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Monday morning in San Antonio.
According to the police, the accident happened around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Benton Street and Osburn Street.
A Ford F-250 was traveling northbound on Benton Street and was about to turn onto Osburn Street when it struck a man in his 60s.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The name of the man was not immediately disclosed.
The driver showed no signs of intoxication.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
