A 44-year-old man was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

San Antonio, TX. – A 37-year-old man died after being hit by an intoxicated driver on Sunday morning in San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the accident occurred near San Pedro Avenue and West Laurel Street at around 1 a.m.
Two pedestrians were walking in a parking lot when they were struck by a 36-year-old driver.
A 37-year-old man was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
A 44-year-old man was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver fled the scene but was later located and assessed. He was arrested and charged with DUI.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
