Lubbock, TX – One person was seriously injured early Sunday morning in a pedestrian accident in Lubbock, according to the police.
The accident was reported around 2:30 a.m. on February 1 on the Marsha Sharp Freeway near Avenue Q.
Police said a person was struck by a vehicle in the eastbound lanes of the freeway and was taken to UMC with serious injuries.
No other details were provided.
The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Unit is investigating the accident.
