The fatal collision occurred around 11:45 p.m. on January 12 in the 2500 block of Katy Freeway (West Interstate Highway 10).

Houston, TX – A 33-year-old man was killed Monday night in a two-vehicle collision in Houston, according to the police.
The fatal collision occurred around 11:45 p.m. on January 12 in the 2500 block of Katy Freeway (West Interstate Highway 10).
Police said a black Dodge Ram 3500 was traveling westbound when the driver suddenly switched lanes and struck a red Toyota Camry that was disabled on the main lanes of the freeway with their hazard lights activated.
The Toyota driver was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
The Dodge driver stayed at the scene, did not show signs of intoxication, and was questioned and released.
The police are investigating the accident.
