Five people, including three children, were taken to Ascension Seton Hays Hospital for treatment

San Marcos, TX. – Two adults and three children were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday morning in San Marcos.
According to San Marcos police, the accident occurred on State Highway 123 near Rattler Road at around 7:48 a.m.
Emergency units responded to the scene of a crash near Bowie Elementary, but the circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.
One person was ejected from a car during the crash, and another was extricated after being trapped inside.
Five people, including three children, were taken to Ascension Seton Hays Hospital in unknown condition.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
