Arlington, TX – A person died, and another was injured early Saturday morning in a fiery two-vehicle collision in Arlington, according to the police.
The fatal collision took place around 2:00 a.m. on November 29 on Interstate 30 near Texas 360.
Police said a white car was heading westbound on the interstate when it lost control and crashed into a gray car.
The impact pushed the white car into a wall, and it caught on fire.
The driver of the white car died at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
The driver of the gray car was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The collision closed the westbound lanes of the interstate at Texas 360 for several hours. They have since been reopened.
The police are investigating the accident.
