The fatal collision happened around 2:30 a.m. on December 28 in the 14500 block of the North Freeway (Interstate 45).

Harris County, TX – A woman was killed early Sunday morning in a rear-end collision in Harris County, according to the deputies.
The fatal collision happened around 2:30 a.m. on December 28 in the 14500 block of the North Freeway (Interstate 45).
Deputies said a woman was driving a Honda Fit when she got a flat tire on the freeway. A Jeep Wrangler then rear-ended the Honda in the second lane. The impact caused the Honda to roll onto its side.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
The Jeep driver was uninjured in the accident and did not show any signs of intoxication.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
