1 Injured in San Angelo Five-Vehicle Collision on Sherwood Way
San Angelo, TX – One person was injured on Monday in a five-vehicle collision in San Angelo, according to the police.
The collision occurred on November 17 on Sherwood Way.
Police said a gold Dodge Grand Caravan was traveling eastbound when it failed to control its speed and hit an eastbound gray Infiniti. The force of the impact pushed the Infiniti into an eastbound black GMC Terrain. The Infiniti then moved to the left and was struck by an eastbound green Ford F-350, pushing it into the rear of the GMC and an eastbound red Toyota RAV4.
The GMC driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
The driver of the Caravan was cited for failure to control speed.
The police are investigating the accident.
