San Antonio, TX. – A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a car on Saturday night in San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the accident happened around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Wurzbach Road and Colonnade Boulevard.
The 64-year-old man was crossing the road from south to north in a marked crosswalk when he was struck by a sedan.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries at the scene and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
