San Angelo, Texas – One person was injured Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the San Angelo Police Department.

The crash happened on May 13, at the intersection of 7th and N. Bryant.

Police said a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup was traveling southbound on Bryant while a black Chevrolet Colorado was traveling northbound in the left turn lane attempting to turn onto 7th Street.

The Colorado turned in front of the Silverado, resulting in a collision. The Silverado had a green light and the right-of-way at the time of the crash.

The Silverado driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The Colorado driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way. 

The crash remains under investigation.
