Grand Prairie, TX – One person was killed and another was injured Thursday evening in a two-vehicle collision in Grand Prairie, according to the police.
The fatal collision happened around 6:00 p.m. on October 16 in the 3900 block of East Main Street.
Police said a Corvette was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crashed into a Dodge Ram flatbed wrecker that was towing two vehicles and was trying to make a left turn.
The Corvette driver, a man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the wrecker was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The police are investigating the accident.
