
Irving, TX – One person was killed and another injured following a multi-vehicle traffic collision on State Highway 114 in Irving Friday overnight, according to TxDOT
The deadly crash happened in the westbound lanes of Highway 114 near Tom Braniff Road on February 28.
Irving police said multiple vehicles collided killing one person and sending leaving another injured.
The injured party was hospitalized.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately released.
According to Irving police, the westbound lanes on Highway 114 were shut down from State Highway 12 to Rochelle Boulevard as officers investigated the incident.
The roadway was reopened just before 10 a.m. Saturday, March 1.
