The deadly accident happened at about 1:25 a.m. on January 5 at the intersection of Spring Cypress Road and Huffmeister.

Harris County, TX – A person was killed early Monday morning in a motorcycle accident in northwest Harris County, according to the authorities.
The deadly accident happened at about 1:25 a.m. on January 5 at the intersection of Spring Cypress Road and Huffmeister.
Authorities said a motorcycle was traveling northbound in the 15100 block of Huffmeister Road when it struck the rear passenger door of a Mazda SUV that was traveling westbound on Spring Cypress Road.
The impact caused the motorcycle to catch on fire, and the SUV to hit a curb and a pole.
The motorcyclist was taken to HCA North Cypress Hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released.
The SUV driver was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries and did not show signs of intoxication at the time of the accident.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
