Houston, TX. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car in Houston on Friday morning.
According to Houston police, the accident happened at the intersection of Westheimer and Gessner Road.
A woman carrying was trying to cross the street after getting off a city bus and was hit by a white truck.
A black sedan drove through Westheimer and ran over the woman a second time.
The woman was killed in the accident.
The driver of the white truck stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Information about the driver of the second vehicle was not released.
