The driver of the Toyota was taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries.

Houston, TX. – At least one person died in a wrong-way collision early Monday morning in Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, the accident happened around 1 a.m. on the 610 West Loop near Woodway Drive.
A maroon Lexus ES350 was heading southbound in the northbound lanes when it collided with an oncoming Toyota Sienna.
The driver of the Lexus was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota was taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
