Harris County, TX. – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision on Saturday morning in Houston.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened in the 12000 block of Veterans Memorial Drive.
A driver in a car traveling northbound was attempting to make a left turn onto a private road when it struck a southbound motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car was not injured and remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Police say the driver of the car was not intoxicated.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
