Two people suffered life-threatening injuries, while two others were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries

Longview, TX. – One person died following a seven-vehicle crash on Monday morning in Longview.
According to the Longview Police Department, the accident happened on E. Marshall between Eastman Road and Industrial at around 9:55 a.m.
Seven vehicles were involved in the pileup, but the circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.
One person succumbed to injuries after being taken to the hospital.
Two people suffered life-threatening injuries, while two others were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Motorists were urged to avoid the area and find alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
