A woman who was a passenger in the Express was pronounced dead at the scene.

San Antonio, TX. – A woman was killed in a collision involving an intoxicated driver in San Antonio on Sunday night.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the accident happened around 11:45 p.m. on Interstate 35 at St. Mary’s Street.
A blue 2021 Chevy Silverado was traveling south in the northbound lanes of the highway and collided head-on with a white 2024 Chevy Express.
A 50-year-old woman who was a passenger in the Express was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 50-year-old man driving the Express was hospitalized with serious injuries.
The driver of the Silverado, 42-year-old Carlos Guerra, was charged with intoxicated manslaughter and intoxication assault.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
