Motorcyclist killed in collision on Highway 137 near Dawson Street in Brownfield

Brownfield, TX. – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car on Thursday morning in Terry County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 7:10 a.m. on Highway 137 near Dawson Street.
A man was riding a motorcycle when it collided with a Chevrolet Silverado that was making a left turn into a parking lot.
The motorcyclist was killed in the collision.
The Brownfield man driving the Silverado was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
