1 Killed, Reghan Berry and Jeffrey Sheppard Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on SH 105 in Moss Hill

Moss Hill, Texas – A 30-year-old Cleveland man was killed and four other people were injured Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Moss Hill, according to the DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 2:10 p.m., June 1, on SH 105.

DPS said the man was driving a 2012 Toyota Camry when he veered into the path of a westbound 2018 Chevy Silverado pulling a camper trailer. He lost control of his Camry, veered into oncoming traffic and the Chevy hit the driver’s side of the Camry.

The man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

The Chevy driver, Reghan Berry, 51, of Buna, was transported to Kingwood Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The front-seat passenger in the Chevy, Jeffrey Sheppard, 67, of Buna, was also taken to Kingwood Hospital with serious injuries. Two 15-year-old boys who were backseat passengers in the Chevy were taken to Kingwood Hospital with minor injuries.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
