Dallas, TX – Two Dallas police officers were injured Thursday morning in a car accident in Dallas, according to the police.
The accident occurred around 8:30 a.m. on December 11 near the intersection of Peavy Road and North Buckner Boulevard.
Police said officers in a marked police vehicle were responding to an emergency call with their emergency lights and sirens activated when they were involved in a collision with another vehicle near the intersection.
The police vehicle flipped over after the accident.
Two police officers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No additional information was available.
The collision remains under investigation.
