The collision happened near FM 1936.
According to the report, a black Yukon truck reportedly lost control of its brakes and hit a red and white vehicle.
One person in the Yukon hit the windshield and was taken to Medical Center Hospital for treatment.
Another person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The accident closed both directions of a section of the road west of University Boulevard before FM 1936.
No other details were provided.
The collision remains under investigation.
