The accident happened around 7:53 p.m. on September 6 in the 1300 block of northbound Highway 121 and the US-69 overpass near County Road 4602.

Trenton, TX – Two motorcyclists were critically injured Saturday evening in a hit-and-run accident near Trenton, according to the Trenton Police Department.
The accident happened around 7:53 p.m. on September 6 in the 1300 block of northbound Highway 121 and the US-69 overpass near County Road 4602.
Police said a man was driving when he rear-ended two motorcyclists on the bridge.
Both riders were taken to the hospital with major injuries.
The driver fled the scene, heading northbound on SH 121 until the vehicle became disabled from damage suffered in the accident. The driver was found in possession of illegal narcotics and was believed to have been driving under the influence. He was arrested and booked into the Fannin County Detention Center on multiple felony counts.
