A 22-year-old male passenger of the Subaru was airlifted to the hospital with critical injuries

Odem, TX. – Four people were injured in a rollover crash early Thursday morning in Odem.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred at the intersection of County Road 21 and U.S. Highway 77.
A Subaru Crossover reportedly failed to yield the right of way to northbound traffic and was hit by a Hyundai Santa Fe that had stopped at the intersection and was turning onto US 77.
The impact caused the Subaru to overturn.
A 22-year-old male passenger of the Subaru was airlifted to the hospital with critical injuries.
The Subaru driver and two passengers in the Santa Fe were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The Subaru driver was issued a citation for failing to yield the right of way.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
