Jack County, TX – Five people were killed and two others were injured on Sunday in a two-vehicle collision in Jack County about nine miles west of Jacksboro, according to the Texas DPS.
The fatal collision happened on November 16 on Highway 380.
DPS said a vehicle was attempting to pass in a no-passing zone when it crashed into another vehicle.
Five people were killed in the collision. The identities of the victims have not been released.
Two other people were taken to the hospital for treatment.
No further details were provided.
The troopers are investigating the accident.
