The accident happened just before 2:30 a.m. on October 31 at the Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant in the 415 block of W. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Austin, TX – Five people were injured early Friday morning in a pedestrian accident in Austin, according to the police.
The accident happened just before 2:30 a.m. on October 31 at the Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant in the 415 block of W. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
Police said 21-year-old Antonia G. Garcia Rios was driving a Ford F-150 pick-up truck when she struck five people at the restaurant.
Four people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Rios was arrested and charged with two counts of intoxication assault. She was booked at the Travis County Jail.
